How to make it?

The carrot face mask is a cosmetic you will make effortlessly at home. You will just need:

  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 5 tablespoons of carrot juice
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 150 ml of water

I always prepare the mask the same way. Pour water into a small pot and simmer it. Add the corn flour and mix to get a thick paste. Do not let it boil! Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool down. Next, add the carrot juice and cream, mix well to get a smooth paste so it is easy to apply to the skin.

How to use?

The nourishing carrot mask should be applied 3-5 times a week to clean face skin. You can protect the skin with e.g. a warm towel. After 30 minutes, wash the face with tepid water. What is important, you can put the rest of the mask in the fridge – it will be as effective the next day.
